JOBDESCRIPTION

The company operates several hotel loyalty marketing businesses, and develops state of the art technology GMS is incorporated in 15countries, operates over 100 offices and employs more than 1,200staff. This position reports to the Group IT Director
We currently have one Full-Time position available inGuangzhou, China for the role of:
IT Manager/IT Specialist
Required Skill Set:
? A bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and having 4-7 years of technical or product management experience in Hotel Loyalty domain.
? Salesforce CRM software installation and provide system & IT support.
? Conduct all configurations, programming and testing of CRM systems according to company requirements. Execute various CRM system set-up activities
? Familiar with Wechat e-voucher program, H5 or Mini program. Contact supplier base on business requirement.
? Familiar with API interface.
? CRM Software training of admin staff, managers and loyaltyusers
? Responsible for the configuration, administration andsupport of the POS applications, Promotions, Rewards as well as updates and patches to the POS.
? Creating Interface for backend system on POS using programing language.
? Perform POS programming tasks such as changing prices and taxes, adding and removing items, and configuring discounts and promotions.
? Troubleshoot POS problems and work with vendors to resolve support issues.
? Represent IT Department at planning and implementationmeetings.
? End user IT related problem (Hardware, Software etc)
? Experience in IT Support.
? Has a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
? Ability to deal with multi-tasking
? Proactive with ideas, show lots of initiative, fast and creativethinker
? Excellent administrational, organizational & time management skills
? The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Good written and oral communication skills in English
