JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

 According to China Customs law and company logistic process to ensure all the imp. & exp. shipments can be organized timely.

 

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

Ensure daily smooth operations of import and export, which are in fully compliance with law and regulations

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

(Key job focuses and responsibilities to reflect critical successful factors(CSF)/成功达成职位目标的关键职责)

Track Import & Export goods shipping and clearance status, handling urgent case from other MQT areas. (within LO or outside LO)

Record the freight in data into database in MQT share drive (including weight, channel, etc.)

Play as key contact window with government authorities (Customs, CCIC, etc.) for most updated government policy, regulation, process and requirement with correct understanding and further communication internally to make sure the compliance of all company related activities.

Provide guidance and solution to junior logistic employee regarding the Customs related issues to help on problem solving within own scope before escalation to superior.

Support on logistic cost saving by proposing solution & implementation plan on custom duty, including process review, benefit calculation, working instruction updating, system maintenance to achieve cost saving target.

Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

 

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

Bachelor degree or above.

Have the similar experience in manufacturing facilities.

Able to communicate using English, written or orally

 Good excel skill to make sure the documentations can be created timely.
