职位描述
1、负责所属楼栋内楼层空间的日常工程维护，包含管辖内的会议室、项目室、培训教室、楼宇公共区域等的日常巡检，及时发现问题，并上报所属模块进行处理，跟踪问题直至闭环；2、负责对接管辖范围内的会议室，培训教室，项目室的日常管理需求，包含各类空间的借用流程处理，对接需求人，进行场地的布置，交接撤场等内容，并建立空间台账；3、负责所属楼栋内文具添加，花茶配货，及仓库管理（出入库及盘点等）；4、负责楼宇内行政资产巡检，功能维护，资产台账建立；5、协助楼长对接楼宇ACM及业务团队的需求解决及活动对接；6、配合资产中台完成资产盘点并刷新资产台账；7、上级交代的其他任务。
