职位描述
1、新园区品牌二次装修以及运营阶段品牌汰换装修期间，负责与工程一起确保装修期间按时间顺利进行；2、协助筹备期与品牌运营管理服务手册，对供应商日常运营服务进行管理与监督，确保供应商按照公司既定标准提供高品质的服务以及产品；3、负责整理品牌运营管理服务手册，对供应商日常运营服务进行管理与监督，确保供应商按照公司既定标准提供高品质的服务及产品；4、深入观察了解用户需求，协助跟进商配满意度调查，持续提出优化建议确保同学体验；5、负责处理商配相关建议&投诉，并协助督促跟进投诉类事假落地方案的制定与执行；6、收集并关注品牌每日运营情况，并进行必要的协调和支持，确保园区商配高效运营；7、督促供应商进行月报及营业数据的呈送，全面了解供应商运营情况协同供应商进行复盘；8、配合甲方活动策划，协调推动品牌方案制定及落地执行；9、建立健全考核体系&考核档案，按照既定标准对供应商标准对供应商进行管理考核；10、完成供应商月度对账巩工作，协助进行必要的费用结算；12、其他工作任务
