1. Talent acquisition, include but not limit tosearch/screen resumes, interview candidates, work together with targetdepartment to make hiring decisions, offer/contract new employees;

2. New employees on-boarding arrangement andsupport;

3. Take care and offer necessary support to newemployees in probation time, and organize probation review;

4. Develop/maintain talent pool and searchingchannels/suppliers;

5. Support to handle annual budget, forecast,salary review and year-end bonus assessment

6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
