职位描述
- 1×Shipping clerk ( based in Shenzhen )
Main Duties:
1 Handle all Purchase Orders from all customers via ERP system and then generate proper documents to suppliers
2 Collect PI from vendor, highlighting change on price, ETD and other details and work with internal colleagues to get any issues solved
3 Track production status, helping QC team to make out inspection plan, make shipment plans, track supplier lead time
4 Manage whole export process, make shipping documents, bookings, and monitor cargo delivery status till having B/L released
5 Manage the flow of all shipping related documents to parent company, suppliers and customers.
6 Maintain shipping-related data on our ERP system and be the main point of contact for all southern china shipping
7 In charge of all transportation and logistics for Shenzhen region
8 Work with German and China HK colleagues on shipping methods and routes
9 Improve our logistics process by offering alternative ways of transport and negotiate rates with different forms of shipping companies
10 Team player, work closely with sourcing team and QC team to serve for the common goal of the team
Requirements:
1 Associate degree or above in logistics / international trade
2 Minimum 3-year experience in logistics positon
3 Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
4 Strong sense of responsibilities, always in pursuit of excellence
5 Being initiative and proactive, having the ability to foresee potential risk and solve it before it happens
6 Details oriented
7 Strong Computer skills in MS Office
8 Previous use with Microsoft Navision a plus

工作职责
1 通过ERP系统处理来自所有客户的采购订单,然后,生成相关文件,并提交给供应商
2 收集来自供应商的PI,其中应突出价格、ETD和其他详细信息的变化情况,并与内部同事合作,共同解决问题。
3 跟踪生产状态,帮助QC团队制定检验计划,制定发货计划,跟进供应商交期。
4 管理整个出口过程,编制发运单据、预定,并监督货物交付状态,直至放行提单。
5 管理向母公司、供应商和客户提交的所有发运单据(及其流程)。
6 维护ERP系统上发运的相关资料,并且作为整个华南货运的主要联系点。
7 就发运方法和与路线相关的事宜,与德国和中国香港同事密切合作。
8 通过提供变通的运输方法,改进我们的物流程序,并与不同的货运公司进行费用协商。
9 注重团队合作,与采购团队和QC团队密切合作,实现团队的共同目标。
任职要求:
1 物流/国际贸易大专或以上文凭
2 至少3年从事物流行业的经验
3 英语熟练
4 责任心强,追求卓越
5 主动、积极,有预见潜在风险的能力,并在风险发生前积极避免或解决风险
6 专注细节
7 熟练操作MS Office
8 先前使用过Microsoft Navision者,优先录用。
