INDUSTRIAL BUYER

In charge of your business perimeter, you are in charge of your customers’ satisfaction thanks to your daily support toward them and your daily animation of the good quality, good supply and right costs of your suppliers.
The good and professional relations you build with your customers and suppliers allow you to animate a continuous improvement of the main indicators.

MY MISSION AXIS

Strategy (Senior)
- I build and share my business perimeter strategy and ensure it is consistent with Embisphere’s strategy
- I propose new business opportunities for my perimeter or over it.
- I follow up the results of my business strategy and take the right decisions regarding my state of progress.

Customer Support
- I am customer orientated; I ensure my customers have the necessary information regarding my business perimeter.
- I ensure that none of my customers question stays without an efficient answer for him.
- I am fully involved in the success of my customers because my support is an important key of it.
- I propose and organize the accurate type of training/coaching regarding my customers’ needs.
- I measure my customer’s satisfaction regarding my support.

Entrepreneur’s management
- I own my perimeter business and I am completely responsible of it.
- I increase my perimeter turn-over, having better key indicators and improving my sharing rates
- I focus on my customers’ needs and reach a high level of satisfaction regarding my actions toward them.
- I am entrepreneur minded and act this way, proposing and testing new solutions to improve my business and indicators.
- I can make mistakes, it is a good way to learn and increase my competencies

Supplier panel (Senior)
- I source and open new partnerships with RFID providers, ensuring they fit with our quality requirements.
- I negotiate my prices with my local providers (not for the global account suppliers) and challenge my Global Account Managers with the prices I get from my local providers.
- I propose and validate a 3 years business plan for my panel of suppliers every year.

Quality
- I ensure my suppliers are aware of my quality requirements; I animate them to reach and get even better than my requirements in a continuous improvement way strategy.
- I follow up my quality indicators to react to any kind of alert regarding the quality of the goods shipped.
- I animate my suppliers on the continuous improvement of the quality organization to reduce my non quality costs and my return rates.
- I organize and/or perform my quality inspections in order to ensure that the quality organization of my suppliers is consistent with our requirements.

Supply
- I ensure my suppliers are aware of my supply requirements; I animate them to reach and get even better than my requirements in a continuous improvement way strategy.
- I follow up my supply indicators to react to any kind of alert regarding the lead-time of the goods shipped.
- I animate my suppliers on the continuous improvement of the supply organization to reduce my delayed orders and my lead-time.

Developments
- I participate in the development process of the products my suppliers will be in charge of.
- I ensure that the needs of my customers are acceptable in terms of quality, industrialization, production lead-time and cost.
- I support my suppliers in the industrialization and validation of the massive production

Costs
- I am responsible of my perimeter costs, regarding the budget allowed for it; I ensure my travels’ expenses, samples’ expenses and all other expenses under my responsibilities
- I manage my suppliers’ improvement and get costs reduction out of it.

Piloting (Senior)
- I am aware of my budget, I follow it along the months through a efficient piloting.
- I adapt my business and my decisions regarding the piloting of my activity.

Communication
- I communicate efficiently regarding the progress of my projects and business to the right persons.
- I assume my mistakes and find out solutions to get out of them. I communicate to the impacted persons if necessary regarding the problems.
- I use, as entrepreneur, of new communication ways and ensure they are consistent with my communication needs.
- I define a communication plan on my business perimeter

MY MAIN KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Budget : I respect the budget I have agreed. I reduce my costs and increase my Turn-Over.

- Supply : The goods are shipped on time from my suppliers to my customers. My suppliers are improving their main supply indicators over time.

- Quality : The goods I ship from my suppliers to my customers have the right level of quality, defined with both parts.

- Satisfaction: My customer has a great feedback on my support and approves that my help/support is consistent with its needs and helps him through his daily actions.
