What contribution will I make to Helen of Troy?

This position is responsible for recording financial accounting transactions and preparing accounting documentation.

What you’ll be doing?

? Support on document filing and scanning

? Visit bank / tax department / government bureau

? Issue debit / credit note

? Prepare LC draft / OAT letter for collection

? Issue & distribute checks to suppliers and employees

? Set up online payments

? Input customer receipt and supplier invoices (Senior)

? Keep and record petty cash (Senior)

? Perform bank reconciliation (Senior)

? Process i-expense claims (Senior)

? Prepare journal voucher (Senior)

What are the requirements for consideration?

? Bachelor degree / Diploma in Accounting

? 1-2 years relevant working experience in accounting /finance

? Proficient in Excel, familiar with Word

? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

? Familiar with Kindee, Oracle
