职位描述
Work contents and responsibilities
·After receiving mail or phone of customer complaints, communicate with sales, register customer information in computer.
收到售后邮件或电话接到客户投诉后，跟销售沟通售后始末，在电脑中登记客户信息。·Arrange carpenter to repair simple after-sales diretly.
简单售后直接安排木工上门维修。·Exceeded period insured customer complaints: inform customers of the need to charge before coming to, and do after-sales service quotation (related to the issue of checking prices, quotations and contacting sales to collect fees from customers).
过保客户投诉：上门之前告知客户需收费，做售后服务报价单（涉及到核价、报价及联系销售向客户收款的问题）。·To receive and examine goods after accessories arrive at warehouse.
配件到仓后验货收货。·Furniture maintenance involving leather problems need to make an appointment with the cobbler.
家具维修，涉及到皮革的问题需预约皮匠师傅。
·need to communicate with customers, and do a good job of pacification.
跟客户沟通交流，做好安抚工作。·Other matters assigned by the leader.
Qualifications and Experiences
·junior college or above
大专及以上学历。·have a strong customer service awareness.
有很强的服务意识。
·Proficient in computer skill
熟练操作办公软件。
·Detail oriented, patient and good interpersonal skills.
注重细节，耐心和良好的人际交往技巧。Good communication skills with customers and cooperation-partners through writing or face to face; 有足够耐心，与客户以及合作伙伴们进行文字的或面对面的交流；
·Good interpersonal and, good team player.
良好的沟通表达能力和学习能力，具有较强的团队合作精神。·Driving licence required; 有驾照
