岗位要求：

1. 负责机加工生产车间的生产管理及工作安排，生产中问题的及时处理跟进。
2. 监控生产过程及进度，确保订单按时完成。
3. 负责现场5S管理。
4. 负责生产员工的考核及培训。
5. 协助精益经理实施精益管理，负责在现场的推广实施和持续改进。
6. 协助设备主管完成TPM活动。
7. 完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 机械制造或机电工程相关专业
2. 精益生产或6西格玛资格认证，TPM管理
3. 5年以上运营现场管理相关工作经验；
4. 熟悉机加工生产工艺；
5. 具备责任感和事业心；
6. 良好的沟通能力；
7. 良好的团队合作意识；
