MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:
à Collect PR (purchase requisition) and process PR to PO in a timely and accurate manner as well as comply with established processes, policies and procedures.
à Execution of local purchasing tasks in coordination with global Lead Buyer on global based consumables to make sure alignment about contract pricing and rebate rates.
à Track PO acknowledgement, and ensure supplier delivery on time to ensure on time delivery of parts.
à Be responsible for negotiation and comparison with suppliers on assigned commodities to ensure obtaining best total cost as well as maintaining competitiveness of quality, delivery and services.
à According to company defined signature policy and authority level, be responsible for the decision making or proposing on supplier awarding to ensure best (from perspective of quality, total cost, on time delivery and services) suppliers are sourced and selected for every purchase.
à Communicate internally and externally for supplier issue, including but not limited to, supplier delivery issue, document discrepancy, payment issue, quality issue to ensure all issues are resolved in the timely manner, completely and without complains.
à Support on identifying and proposing cost saving opportunity within own scope of responsible commodity by analyzing and comparing. Implement the defined actions to ensure continuously generating savings for nonproduction and target is achieved.
à Generate and maintain monthly report for all non-production materials for internal target achievements progress tracking as well as management reporting to ensure the accuracy.
à Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.
 
 
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
à Minimum 3 years purchasing experience.
à University degree in engineering or business.
à High level of being diligent, responsive and have a pro-active working attitude
à Good team working spirit, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
à Familiar with Microsoft office tool to generate report
à Equipment purchasing experience (For Capex / Investment Buyer position)
