1.负责东区项目的招聘工作，尤其是新项目的开业以及关键岗位的招聘；

2.深入了解餐饮团餐业务，从HR角度给予业务部门专业的支持和意见；

3.辅助项目客户决定用人需求。组织项目招聘员工从而有效地雇佣合格的员工；

4.负责人力资源各模块在项目上的落地执行；

5.协助运营处理员工关系，劳动争议等；

6.建立有效和多样化的沟通渠道，确保与公司内部各个部门以及业务部门的顺畅沟通；

7.支持全国新项目开业初始化，尤其是华东、华南区

任职要求：

1.本科及以上，主修人力资源管理专业优先；

2.5年以上人力资源全模块实操经验；

3.英语书面及口语能力；

4.能接受频繁出差；

5.良好的沟通及组织协调能力；

6.性格外向，具有良好的的学习能力
