岗位职责：
? Software Requirements/Standards Understanding
- Coordinates the review and release of the received requirements.
- Capable to create software requirements on his/her components based on system/ customer requirements.
- Contributes to requirements definition taking in consideration also Autoliv, Customer and International Regulations
? Software Test Cases definition/creation
- Creates or updates software verification test cases for high complexity software modules autonomously.
- Supports other colleagues in defining and implementing test cases.
- Proposes different testing techniques according to the project needs.
? Software Test Scripting
- Creates improved solutions for test scripts.
- Identifies and implements new scripting functions inside the owned test-script.
- Test scripts he/she creates have small remarks after review (no incorrect concept implementation).
- Contributes at definition of the coding rules for test scripts
? Reviews (Test cases, Test scripts)
- Invites and coordinates the reviews for his/her work products according with quality standards.
- Is reviewer for work products of other colleagues by providing valuable observations during review sessions.
- Contributes to the improvement of the review flow.
? Software Testing Tools and Equipment
- Sets-up the testing benches autonomously for his/her project.
- Offers technical support to the testing team in bench set-up activities for the project.
- Suggests testing tools improvement to simplify and automate the different phases of testing.
- Works autonomously with different equipment needed in testing activities (oscilloscope, etc.).
- Contributes in tool definition and equipment.
? Processes & Quality
- Investigates and takes actions for correction when quality/ process deviations or claims are encountered.


? Knowledge sharing
- Can be a mentor for new colleagues.
- Offers support for other colleagues when needed.
- Provides technical trainings in his/her area of expertise at project level.
- Performs and distributes lessons learned.
? Task Management (planning tracking and reporting)
- Autonomously estimates, plans, tracks and adapts his/her activities.
- Identifies risks in his area of responsibilities and takes actions for their mitigation.
- Constantly reports status of his/her activities.
? Customer / Supplier Interfaces
- Interacts autonomously with customers / suppliers in his/ her area of responsibility, when this task is delegated or requested.
- Keeps project stakeholders informed about exchanged information/decisions.
? Innovation
- Makes suggestions to improve his/her individual and team performance and contributes to their implementation.
- Contributes to research and development of innovative ideas/products.

任职要求：
? Education
- University degree of Computer Science, Telecommunication, Mathematics, Electronics or other relevant
? Knowledge about customers, business orientation, group organization
- Is able to convey an objective image about our company, about its products and employees, both at work and outside Autoliv.
- Knows and is able to explain his/her role and the main responsibilities within the company and understands the impact of his activity upon the processes he is involved in.
- Has the knowhow, understands and uses the knowledge and the abilities acquired within his/her expertise zone.
- Understands the automotive industry and what a competitive market means (way of working and work pace).
? Professional Experience
- More than 4 years relevant experience in software testing
- Minimum 3 years of automotive software testing
