• 用毛刷进行刀具刃口钝化并测量，保证钝化宽度和一致性

  Cutting edge preparation, measure, ensure the the width and consistency

• 按照要求对刀具进行检验，对检验的准确性负责

  Inspect the tools according to the requirements and be responsible for the accuracy of the inspection

• 作好检验记录，标识报废品

  Make inspection records and mark the rejected products

• 根据不合格品处理流程，管控不合格品和返修

  Control the unqualified products and repair according to the processing flow of the unqualified products

• 对测量仪器进行维护保养，并做好记录, 做好区域5S

  Maintain and record the measuring instruments, and do a good job in 5S

• 当测量仪器发生异常时应及时报告生产经理

  Report to the Production Manager in time when the measuring instrument is abnormal

• 支持修磨刀具

  Support for tool regrinding

• 领导安排的其它工作

  Other work arranged by leader

岗位要求：

Job Requirements:

- 机械类相关专业，大专及以上学历；

College or above, major in Mechanical or related;

- 有机械加工经验， 熟悉各种刀具的使用和几何参数；

Work experience in machining, familiar with use of kinds of tools and geometrical parameter;

- 能准确识读刀具和工艺图纸；

Ability of reading tool and technical drawings;

- 熟悉质量验检规程及质量法规IS09001标准；

Familiar with quality inspection regulation and quality ISO9001 standard;

- 熟练使用办公软件及投影仪、显微镜测量仪等仪器；

Familiar with Office software and use of projector, microscope gauge, etc.;

- 责任心强。

Strong sense of responsibility.

- 能适应翻三班工作者优先。

Ability to work in three shifts is a plus.
