岗位设立目的:
负责设备制造部设备相关零部件、工具与及部门日常用品的管理。
  
岗位责任范围:
管理设备部门的零、部件仓库，包括收货入、出库、进货验收确认、备料与及常备库存的增补。  
维护日常用品、工具、附件与固定资产的管理。
  


 主要职责:
 根据机械电脑图纸和BOM, 为设备装配准备机械和电气零件；
 物料收入
；录入SAP及更新Excel采购信息表
物料出库,含项目物料、生产维护物料等的领用；
物料退库,确保物料与BOM一致，并提供退库报告；
每月与财务部门就出、入库信息进行对帐；
主导仓库的年度和季度盘点；
SAP系统的日常使用和维护
呆滞物料的管理
部门日常用 工具、工作服、日常消耗品、固定资产等的管理；
熟悉零件的品种
维护仓储，确保数量、型号、库位的准确；
维护仓库，确保仓库整洁
维护库位标签信息
根据马夸特安全要求，做好仓库的安全工作，检查库房的防火，防盗设施，及时堵塞漏洞。
接受上级指派的其他工作以满足上级的期望要求。
  
 此岗位为长白班，周末双休


基本岗位任职条件:
机电，机械，机电一体化，供电专业中专以上学历
三年以上工作经验，能力出众者可放宽要求
熟悉仓储管理
熟悉非标自动化行业零件
擅长office办公软件，比如Excel, word等
有团队合作精神
工作严谨认真。
