岗位职责：
- Assesses product and process quality
- Defines the project quality plan
- Realizes the project quality audits
- Reviews process application against Autoliv Development Standards
- Reviews process application against ASPICE model
- Supports project and software milestone preparations
- Reviews work-products (e.g. software build audit, checklist reviews)
- Reports non-compliances and process deviations
- Defines corrective actions and tracks their advancement
- Manages quality assurance metrics
- Supports external audits (e.g. SPICE assessments, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity)
- Supports development process improvement

任职要求：
- Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with specialization or related experience in the area of embedded software development
- Experience in software quality assurance activities
- Experience in conducting software audits/process compliance checks
- Good understanding of software development life-cycle and development
- Customer-oriented, able to learn independently and work systematically under tight schedules
- Ability to work independently and in a team based environment
- Ability to solve problems creatively
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and/or Functional and/or Safety Cybersecurity would be added advantage
