Position: Purchase and Sourcing Manager
Main Products: 高压清洗水枪及其他园林工艺小工具（塑料件为主，部分五金件）

Job Descriptions:
Department organization
Work with the General Manager to present clear and timely reports and proposals for Sourcing and Purchase plan or Project.
Establish very good relationship with the colleague in the Purchase and Sourcing department.
Establish the good and cooperative relationship with other department in Tecomec Ningbo and in the Italian Head Quarter.
Establish a good relationship and cooperation with suppliers.
Make a clear and efficient organization inside in the department which include distribute rule and activity able to obtain the best performance.
File and document
File all information and document in KD System.
Update in order any modification in term of supplier data-base and purchase price.
Verify that any document in the department is writing and manage according China law and with strict confidentiality.
Make a clear and order folder for all other document including fax, quotation, list and any other document manage during the activity in the department.
Sourcing activity
Follow up any research issues in a timely and effective way.
Strong sourcing activity to search new opportunity in the market.
Make a clear and order data-base for any sourcing search.
Purchase activity
Make a clear and efficient supplier’s plan to permit have a yearly cost reduction with improvement of organization and efficiency from the supplier’s organization.
Make a clear plan to divide the Purchase business of the same family of parts from the better suppliers
Strong price negotiation attitude
Strong quality control attitude in cooperation with Quality Control department and Quality inspection department.
