Job Requirmets:

1. High proficiency in ERP system and Microsoft Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of electrical materials.
3. Communication skills in English, both oral and written;
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability in dealing with people;
5. Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit; being responsible and active in work;
6. Proactive to problem analysis and problem solving;
1.按照销售订单和生产计划，制定物料需求计划，要求准确的型号，合理的数量，合理的时间。采购工程师能够完全参照此计划进行采购；
2.参照订单的数量和紧急程度，确保物料计划发放频率的合理性；
3.需要与工程人员确认物料准确的物料号和准确的物料清单；
4.需要与采购人员确认物料的交货期，物料的采购单位，最小起订量等信息；
5.在交货期，生产计划和物料到货时间存在冲突时，需要与相关部门沟通，确认并解决；
6.及时通知采购人员缺料信息，确认最晚到货日期并跟踪；
7.对于如何缩短生产周期，提供合理的建议。




Resposibilities:
1.According to sales orders and production plan, make material requirements plan with right type, right quantity and right time.
2.According to quantity and emergency of orders, ensure right frequency of releasing material requirements plan.
3.Communicate with Engineering to get right material number and right BOM list.
4.Communicate with Purchase to get right lead time of materials, unit of material, minimum packing quantity.
5.Communicate with relevant people when meet time problem in delivery time, production plan and material lead time.
6.Inform Purchase the information of missing materials, confirm the date and follow.
7.Provide suggestion to reduce the lead time of whole products.
