Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Systems strategy that ensures the timely manufacture of current products that meet quality, cost, safety, and delivery standards.
2. Conduct reviews of the performance and conformance to the quality system.
3. Ensure departmental performance to budget.
4. Participate in the formulation of strategy, policies and procedures to guide the business in achieving established goals and objectives.
5.Ensure the effective implementation of Quality Systems strategy providing for no customer complaints and the attainment of all customers required quality awards.
6. Lead the team to solve the issues happened in the process, and develop the short term and long term solutions. 7. Manage and develop supplier quality to meet requirements and continuous improve supplier capability.
8. Responsible for customer quality service, and manage customer voice to improve customer satisfaction.
9. Manage the change management to ensure all the change is under control.

10. Develop and maintain an Electronic and Mechanical Gage Calibration process that is supported by the organization.
11.Support Engineers in Process and Product Validations (PPAP).
12. Oversee the maintenance of the process records library and PPAP Submission files ensuring complete integrity of the system.
13. Manage and develop the quality systems audit and action system to ensure conformance.
14. Maintain gage calibration and responsible for MSA.
15. Perform job functions in accordance with applicable quality, environmental, and safety policies and procedures.
16.Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
17. Responsible for implementation quality& environment system requirements. including learning, understanding and responsible for implementation of all kinds of manuals and documents requirements.


Qualifications:
1.Five years experience and extensive knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Quality Systems, and manufacturing principles and methodologies required, ten years preferred.
2.Proficiency in metrology, process validation and control.
3.Proficiency in advanced statistical assessment, time management and leadership skills.
4.Excellent verbal and written communication in English and human relations skills.
5.Good organizational skills.
6.Adequate skills in personal computer word processing.
7.Have ability to develop long term strategies, evaluate progress, and provide direction.
8.Have ability to develop and administer departmental budget.
9.Extensive experience in training employees is preferred.
