Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
1. Support the sales team to obtain new business opportunities; communicate with customers in technical aspect and add value in providing customer technical support.
支持销售团队以获得新的业务机会；与客户进行技术方便的交流。
2. Review and analyze the customer's technical requirements and take the lead to prepare engineering proposal(s) in a timely manner. And prepare technical documentations to support quotation.
审查和分析客户的技术需求并主导相关工程方案的及时准备和提交。并支持销售进行产品报价。
3. Define and develop the specifications of prototype and production parts that will meet customer's requirements, in line with the marketing short-term and long-term strategies, and draft technical agreement with customers.
配合公司短期和长期的市场战略，按客户的要求定义和手工样件及工装样件的技术规范，并起草与客户的技术协议等。
4. Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support and coordinating design, prototype and testing activities etc. And support the customer's testing.
与国外技术中心沟通以获得技术支持，协调产品设计、样件开发和测试活动等相关事宜。跟踪和支持客户测试。
5. Responsible of release new or changed drawings and engineering bill of material in system for the new project and production.
负责审核图纸及材料清单等技术文件的发布与更新。
6. Conduct technical presentations, training & seminars to customers and internal colleagues.
给客户和内部员工提供技术方面的支持，如培训和研讨。
7. Taking active part in technical issue resolution on customer complaints and returns.
积极参加针对客户抱怨和退货的技术解决方案的制定。

Qualifications:
资质要求:
1. University degree or above in Internal combustion engine / mechanical / automotive engineering or equivalent.
大学本科以上学历，内燃机 / 机电一体化 / 汽车工程相关专业。
2. Good knowledge of engine and the whole vehicle; prefer to cooling system and electrical technology.At least 5 years working experience in automotive field.
熟悉发动机冷却系统和电气知识。在汽车行业5年以上的工作经验。
3. Experience with Automotive Quality tools, such as FMEA, DVP&R process, PPAP process.Experienced in Auto Cad and/or Pro E, Solid works.
熟悉汽车行业质量工具，如： FMEA、DVP&R流程、PPAP流程等。熟练使用Auto Cad 和 Pro E, Solid works。
4. Good negotiation, communication and personal skill.
良好的谈判、沟通和人际技巧。
5. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
英文和中文口语和书面沟通熟练。
6. Self-driven and results oriented.Quick Learner, willing to learn new skills and willing to teach others.
自我驱动并以成果为导向。较强的学习能力；愿意学习新技能并愿意教别人。
7. Customer oriented and cost conscious.
以客户为导向，具备成本意识。
8. Willing to travel frequently.
愿意经常出差。
9.Familiar with engine cooling system；Such as fan, fan clutch and E-fan clutch, E-water pump etc.Familiar with electrical technology experience is much more preferred; Such as Circuit Principle, Automatic Control Principle, Analog &Digital Circuit.
熟悉发动机冷却系统者优先，如风扇，风扇离合器，电控硅油离合器，电控水泵等；熟悉汽车电气系统的经验者优先；如电路原理，自动控制，模/数电气等。
10.Experience on vehicle electronics test field;Know about auto thermal calibration system, such as Bosch INCA, Denso Meister, Delphi Vision etc.
熟悉整车电气系统测试经验者优先；了解主流车辆标定系统，例如Bosch INCA, Denso Meister, Delphi Vision。
11.Simple know vehicle communication protocol, such as LIN, CAN bus, KWP2000...
简单了解车辆通讯协议，例如LIN, CAN bus, KWP2000...
