职位职能：
1、 负责生产计划的具体实施，服从相关工作安排。
2、 及时处理生产过程中设备的突发状况，保证生产平稳、有序、高效地开展。
3、 做好生产交接班工作，保持生产现场的清洁和环境卫生及设备必要的清理工作。
4、 负责设备日常维护、保养和检修等工作，并做好相关记录，保障设备低故障率运行，并能提出工艺改进建议。
5、 及时向班组长反映生产中发现的异常，对生产做出及时纠正。

岗位要求：
1、 机械/自动化/电子类专业中专或职高以上学历；
2、 有自动化设备操作及维护相关工作经验者优先；
3、 工作积极主动，认真仔细，有责任心，有较强的动手能力和分析解决问题的能力；
4、 具备良好的执行力、沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
5、 能承受一定的工作压力，思维敏捷活跃，接受能力强。
6、 为人谦虚、踏实、好学、上进，能吃苦耐劳，无不良嗜好。


Job Description:
1. Responsible for production plan implementation, obey the related work arrangement.
2. Timely process equipment emergencies during production process, ensure the smooth, orderly and efficient production development.
3. Do the handing-over of production work, maintain production field clean and sanitary and do the necessary cleaning work of the equipment.
4. Responsible for daily equipment maintenance and repair work, keep relevant records, ensure the equipment’s low running failure rate and put forward suggestions to improve process.
5. Timely reflect the abnormalities in the production to the team leader and make timely adjustment of that.

Requirements:
1. Mechanical/Automation/Electronic technical secondary school/vocational school degree or above
2. Automation equipment operation and maintenance related working experience is preferred
3. Proactive and careful, have the sense of responsibility and strong practical ability to analyze and solve problems;
4. Good implementation, communication and coordination ability and team cooperation spirit
5. Can work under pressure, quick thinking and receptive
6. Modest, steadfast, diligent, aspirant, can bear hardships and stand hard work, no bad habits
