职位职能：
1、 负责原材料的来料检验，生产制程及入库检验、成品检验等环节；
2、 按计划完成产品质量检验工作任务，按作业指导书及产品检验规范和流程对产品进行质量把关。对检验结果进行统计分析，并提出产品质量改进意见；
3、 统计并保管各项质检记录及相关数据资料；
4、 负责车间现场ISO9001质量体系的运行和持续改进；
5、 负责检测设备仪器和检验工具的使用与维护保养工作。

岗位要求：
1、有电子厂检验工作经验者优先。
2、工作认真仔细，执行力强，原则坚定。会使用测量工具 ，如千分尺、卡尺、万用表等；
3、熟练使用办公自动化软件，熟悉品质报表的制作；
4、善于沟通，能及时发现问题，具备团队合作精神。
5、监督落实生产人员的规范操作，对制程质量控制进行把关并提出改进意见。


Job Description:
1. Responsible for raw material incoming inspection, production process and warehousing inspection, finished product inspection, etc.;
2. Complete product quality inspection as scheduled tasks, do product quality checks and product inspection according to the work instructions. Do statistical analysis of the test results and put forward suggestions to improve the product quality
3. Do statistical analysis and keep the quality inspection record and relevant data
4. Responsible for workshop site ISO9001 quality system operation and continuous improvement
5. Responsible for use and maintenance work of testing equipment and inspection tools

Requirements:
1. Vocational school degree or above; electronics factory inspection work experience is preferred
2. Work carefully, have strong executive force and firm principle. Can use measurement tools, such as caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc
3. Familiar with office automation software, familiar with the production of quality report
4. Good at communication, can timely find out problems, good team cooperation spirit
5. Supervise and implement standard operation of production personnel, check the process quality control and put forward suggestions for improvement
