1、至少掌握二种主流数据库，精通一种数据库开发、应用；
2、至少三年以上java软件开发经验,能熟练地使用各种主流开发及设计工具，如Eclipse,SVN,plsql, powerdesigner等；
3、具备Java编程经验，熟练掌握Servlet、Jsp、Javascript等Web开发技术，理解并能熟练使用WebService、XML等技术，熟练使用hibernate,spring,struts2或类似的java web开发框架；精通JSP，Servlet编程。 熟练使用hibernate,spring,struts2或类似的java web开发框架；
4、熟练掌握tomcat,weblogic,websphere等主流j2ee容器；
5、熟悉sql编程，熟练掌握oracle,mysql,sqlserver数据库中的一种；
6、熟悉软件研发规范，具备需求分析及设计实际经验，熟悉UML优先；
7、有强烈的创新精神和团队合作精神；
8、善于沟通，较强领悟能力；
