1、至少掌握二种主流数据库，精通一种数据库开发、应用；
2、至少二年以上.net软件开发经验,能熟练地使用各种主流开发及设计工具，如SVN,plsql,powerdesigner等；
3．熟悉.Net开发环境，理解.Net Framework，理解并能熟练使用WebService，WCF，ASP.NET，ADO.NET，XML等技术；
4、熟悉sql编程，熟练掌握oracle,mysql,sqlserver数据库中的一种；
5、熟悉软件研发规范，具备需求分析及设计实际经验，熟悉UML优先；
6、有强烈的创新精神和团队合作精神；
7、善于沟通，较强领悟能力；

1. Command at least two kinds of main database, master a kind of database development and application
2. At least two years of net software development experience, able to skillfully use all kinds of mainstream development and design tools, such as Eclipse, SVN, PLSQL, powerdesigner, etc
3. Familiar with.net development environment, understand. NetFramework, understand and able to skillfully use WebService, WCF, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML technology
4. Familiar with SQL programming, familiar with one of oracle, mysql, sqlserver database
5. Familiar with software development standard, have the actual experience in the demand analysis and design, familiar with UML is preferred
6. Have a strong spirit of innovation and teamwork spirit
7. Good at communication, strong comprehension ability
