目的 Purpose

根据公司生产需求， 及时、安全、高效、保质、保量地组织采购，控制成本，加强供应商管理；负责公司新项目采购计划，进度安排，组织供应商资源采集，潜在供应商资源库，合格供应商资源库的建立及维护，判断分析市场趋势，与供应商谈判，协调保证合理价格，准时交付。

QUALIFICATION 任职资格:

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, 5 to 10 years program management experience in the automotive industry, 3 years manager experience definitely a plus. 本科以上学历，机械制造或工程相关专业。5-10年的汽车行业项目管理经验，3年以上的经理经历者优先。

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, good presentation skills. 良好的沟通协调及 PPT技巧

Fluent in both spoken and written English，Fluent German is prefered 良好的英语基础，口语流利, 同等条件下，能用德语交流者优先，

Have professional knowledge of mechanical related components, such as casting, forging, sheet metal parts, sealing parts and machines parts and be familiar with production process and manufacturing process. 了解相关零部件的专业知识，如铸件、锻件、钣金件、密封件及机加件，并熟悉产品生产工艺及加工流程

Strong negotiation and transaction processing ability. 具有很强的谈判能力及事务处理能力

较强的沟通、协调、组织能力，制定计划并付诸行动，增强团队的工作效能 Strong communication, coordination, organization ability, plan and put into action, enhance the work efficiency of the purchasing team.

Familiar with supplier selection procedures and familiar with TS16949 standard.

熟悉供应商选择程序，熟知TS16949标准内容.

Good knowledge of import and export customs is preferred. 通晓进出口关务者优先

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:

1，制定和维护供应商管理策略；Establish and maintain supplier management strategy and policy.

2，定期评审供应商管理规范；Periodic review supplier management specification;

3，负责供应商年度审核及后续改善计划的跟踪和评价工作; Responsible for tracking and evaluation of supplier audit and follow-up improvement program;

4，适时拟定与评审采购合同；Timely develop and review procurement contracts;

5，沟通与协调对内对外工作关系；Communicate and coordinate internal and external relation;

6，组织对供应商的定期评审工作；Organize regular assessment of suppliers;

7，拟定、优化和更新采购和关务相关的流程 Develop, optimize and update purchasing and related processing customs procedures;

8，通过开发、培养新供应商寻找优化成本的空间；Pursue cost optimization through developing new suppliers.

9，采取必要措施降低材料成本；Take necessary measures to reduce the cost of material;

10， 日常订单的审核与提交；Daily review and submit orders;

11， 部门员工的管理考核；Daily staff management and performance assessment; 点

12， 配合IT工程师进行SAP相关流程的开发或优化；Develop or optimize SAP process together with IT Engineers.

13， 上级交办的临时性工作。Complete temporary work assigned by superior
