Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales in responsible area, explore new opportunities and aggressively push for potential business opportunities;
- Increase the size of the sales team depending on the market and sales result;
- Develop and implement plans to meet sales objectives of the company;
- Overview the daily sales activities, coordinate and enhance the business communication with other department and overseas offices, job allocations and adjustment of sales/sales coordinator upon request in order to optimize the existing resources and man powers;
- To ensure that all the systems policies of the company are properly followed, to assist the company in the promotion of a culture of positive thinking, proactiveness and dedication to service among all its staff and to set examples to them for such promotion as well as the observance of office disciplines of the company


Requirements:
- University graduate major in International Trade, Business Administration or relevant
- 5 or more years experience in Sales / Account Management / Customer Service function within forwarding or relevant industries, at least 2 years in managerial positions
- Be familiar with the practice of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and Procedures
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing
