岗位职责：

- 控制压铸模的品质，给压铸模的设计提供必要的支持，以确保模具/产品标准满足客人要求。

- 到现场检测质量及监督订单, 跟进生产进度, 确保工厂按产品的规格生产及按时完成订单及项目。

- 促进品质的不断提升及改善压铸模的生产，与技术员讨论技术问题并找出解决方法

- 确保产品符合国际标准及客户对产品的要求

岗位要求：

- 精通压铸模及压铸件的相关品质控制及技术知识

- 精通材料科学，特别是铝合金

- 精通铝及锌压铸模及其生产流程

- 有压铸模及生产压铸件的相关工作经验

- 能分析及解决关于压铸模生产上的复杂技术问题

- 有优秀的项目管理能力及沟通能力

- 必须懂关于压铸模技术上的英语专业名词, 能有效地用英语跟客户以书面及口语上沟通

- 有工厂车间的实际工作经验者为佳

Job Descriptions:

- Quality control and provide support in design activities to ensure that customer requirements
can be met in accordance with product standards
- Conduct site inspections to check the work in progress and ensure factory's compliance
to work specifications.
- Monitor the production progress to ensure timely completion of orders and projects
- Promote high quality standards and continuous performance improvement for die production in factories.
Solve technical problems and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with international standards and customer product requirements

Job Requirements :
- Strong knowledge in quality aspects of die casting die and parts.
- Proficiency in material science and aluminum alloy
- Strong knowledge of aluminum & zinc die castings and their production process
- Must have years of experience in die casting die and machining of die cast parts
- Able to analyze and solve complex technical problems regarding production of die casting die
- Able to communicate well in both written and oral English. Must understand Die Casting die related
technical terms in English
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Able to work independently with less supervision
- Practical experience in production workshops is an advantage
