Responsibilities:

· Ensure the tariff filing and rate list preparing is on time and accurate.

· Ensure the analysis and statistics reports preparing is on time and accurate.

· Prepare all kinds of notices/announcement to customers.

· Answer/Respond to all incoming inquiries.

· Co-ordinate between clients, sales and other departments on fixing various problems in regards charged services to ensure smooth and correct cargo operation

· Prepare sales statistics reports as request

Requirements:

· University graduate

· Bi-Lingual in Mandarin and English, good in both written and communication skills

· PC literate in MS Office

· At least 2-3 year experience in shipping industry
