Position Summary:

This position will support the outbound supervisor to implement the daily export business operation, manage 3rd party warehouse as well as SAP system maintenance.


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

- BorgWarner shared 3rd party offsite warehouse integration, selection and implementation.
- Visit and evaluate 3rd party warehouse to make sure to meet customer’s requirements and inventory safety.
- Implementing the daily export business operation, such as goods/components/machine/spare parts export;
- Make sure all shipments to be carried out complying with all relative national and international laws and regulations.
- Improving to provide the best export service to internal and external customer with the lowest costs.
- Management of forwarder, broker and service provider to meet our requirements and provide best service.
- Other projects that line manager assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistics and Trade related disciplines.
- 1-3 years experience in Logistic area, especially in Customs, Import/Export
- Well know Import/Export process and requirements, INCOTERMS, declaration mode.
- Good planning and solution design in logistics and 3rd party warehouse area.
- Familiar with HS code classification
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
