职位描述
Responsibilities
· Overall financial management responsibility, including the review and approval of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting materials and metrics for the Executive Team.
· Oversee budget execution, financial forecasting, cash flow, and accounts payable and receivable.
· Prepare annual company wide and department budgets and recommended quarterly forecasts on sales and profit.
· Review and track company performance by monitoring variance from plan, highlighting potential issues
· Engage Department Leaders and Executives in financial analysis in such areas as forecasting, budgeting, cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.
· Implement internal controls to protect and safeguard company's assets
· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government bodies
· Manage the Cashier function for the company and ensure the accuracy of all cash distributions including Expense Reimbursement, Salaries, and Vendor / Client Payments
· Audit all procedures to ensure the efficiency and consistency of policies and processes.
· Develop and lead a highly professional and productive Finance & Accounting Team
Requirements :
At least 5 years in finance and accounting or auditing area, with at 1-2 years in management
and financial analysis. .
Make full use of Microsoft Office software.
With leadership capability and strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
Good ability to communicate effectively with the management team.
Be intelligent, active, and creative, with an open mind to listen to others' ideas and care to develop subordinates.
Familiar with ERP System (Oracle, Kingdee, etc) .
excellent English speaking and writing capability
Strong coordination and communication skills with government official and internal & External depts.
