Purpose
Quality Support works as an in-store coordinator to implement IKEA quality policy. Quality Support is in charge of the contacts with IKEA Quality Service Centre and stores . Quality Support takes a proactive role to improve in store quality sense, and strengthen the image of “value for money” and “low price not any price for right quality” to our customers.
Mandate
The Quality Support contributes to our daily operation by implementing an efficient and effective quality claim procedure according to the IKEA quality guidelines.
Main Responsibilities and Duties

？ To implement an efficient and effective quality claim procedure in the store

？ To be Super User for the IT system CASY and that the Sales stop & safety alarm process is implemented according to routines defined by IKEA of Sweden

？ To receive the quality information & quality investigation

？ To make decision and report quality

？ To take action according to the instruction & decision

？ To Communicate the result with related co-workers
？ To resolve potential quality issue by analysis of TT325&TT390&TT391

？ To ensure a safe working environment for fellow Co-workers, Customers and Visitors in line with IKEA’s Health and Safety Policy.

Knowledge
2-3 years IKEA experience with an understanding of the sales functions
better to have the factory experience
good at writing in english
