JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Plan in JDA to analyze forecasts, safety stock, inventory and adjust supply plans to optimum level, minimize shortages and no excess
• Place order to plants and external vendors for required demand within LT
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedule, identify potential issues and address to marketing, quality, procurement and other related functions to close delivery gap
• Clean up JDA exceptions in order to streamline ordering and not miss any trigger
• Master data management (product status, leadtime, MOQ and safety stock, etc.)
• Ensure marketing & demand Planning have the mid & long-term visibility to New Product Introductions, Phase In / Out, Ramp ups / downs of the existing portfolio & source list options
• Daily/weekly deviation management (exceptions, pastdue, E&O, freight, invoice, etc. )
• Vendor management on their performance and drive together with procurement for improvement
• Supply Chain Dashboard(OTIF, DSI, E&O, Inventory Healthy)

• Must have knowledge of SAP, JDA, and BI experience;
• Advanced level / skill in Microsoft Excel database
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese;
• Excellent in inter-personal skills, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
