职位描述
*编制会计凭证，登陆各类明细账和总分类账，做到登帐及时准确，帐证相符；
Preparing accounting documents, booking general ledger and breakdown of all kinds. Ensure completed timely and accurately.
*核对业务部门提交的系统录入数据，汇总统计成本费用账单，负责国内付款业务的核对结算；
Checking the system input data submitted by operation department and counting the cost billings, responsible for settlement of payment business.
*进行定期对帐，查明差异原因，处理结账时有关的帐务调整事宜，完成系统关帐数据的核对汇总；
Regular reconciliation to identify differences in the causes, dealing with accounting adjustments in monthly closing time, complete checking and summarizing system accounting data.
* 完成各类财务统计报表的编制，配合财务经理完成其他相关的监督管理工作。
Finish various types of financial statistical reports and completing other related work of management.
Experience /Knowledge 工作经验及相关知识:
*财会类专业专科以上学历，3年以上货代财务工作经验，持有会计从业资格证书；Professional finance and accounting college education, over three years of financial experience in freight forwarding field, holding accounting qualification certificates
*熟悉财务制度和货代类相关税法规定，熟练操作金蝶财务软件，能独立完成整套税务帐；
Familiar with financial system and forwarding relevant tax policy, skilled operating Kingdee financial software, complete setting tax account independently.
* 大学英语四级，熟练运用电脑，为人勤奋踏实，认真负责，能承受较大工作压力。
College English Band-4, skilled use of computers. Be diligent, loyal , responsible and able to work under pressure.
