职位描述
Detailed Responsibilities:
*填写银行付款凭证，月末编制银行调节表；
Write bank payment voucher and prepare the bank adjustment sheet at the end of the month.
*现金报销和管理；
Cash reimbursement and cash flow control.
*开具税务发票并寄给客户；
Issue tax invoice and deliver to customer.
* 根据银行收款情况安排退核销单给客户；
Return tax refund document to client depend on the bank receivable status.
* 办公室行政工作
Office administration work.
Experience /Knowledge 工作经验及相关知识:
*财会类专业专科以上学历，2年以上货代财务工作经验，持有会计从业资格证书；Professional finance and accounting college education, over three years of financial experience in freight forwarding field, holding accounting qualification certificates
*熟悉财务制度和货代类相关税法规定，熟练操作金蝶财务软件，能独立完成整套税务帐；
Familiar with financial system and forwarding relevant tax policy, skilled operating Kingdee financial software, complete setting tax account independently.
* 大学英语四级，熟练运用电脑，为人勤奋踏实，认真负责，能承受较大工作压力。
College English Band-4, skilled use of computers. Be diligent, loyal , responsible and able to work under pressure.
