TopTutorJob is owned and operated by Ganwei Company(Brother company of AuT Language School), Ningbo, China.
Launched in late 2017, TTJ is on the march to its mission: contribute to the development of a modern K-12 education system by globally attracting outstanding educators to China.
- At present, TTJ’s international recruitment team is located in Ningbo. Since its establishment at the end of 2017, the company sees a rapid development on its momentum, and the business volume grows rapidly. For the team’s further growth and development, we now open Flexible Office Position to expand range in developing international recruitment talent, with a view to bringing new vitality and energy to TTJ.
- It is a challenging, demanding and high-return position that lies at the heart of TTJ’s business. You need to have a good understanding of what the business of TTJ really means, and be able to conduct international recruitment with a high degree of self-discipline and independence, as well as being part of the team to help the team achieve its business goals.
- The position in principle base Ningbo, or at least the applicants need to be in Ningbo headquarters for half a year’s training and work. After a skilled grasp on the position workflow and the achievement of tacit cooperation with the team, the applicants can return to other cities for flexible office work.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage full recruiting process, conducting sourcing and screening candidates independently;
- Manage recruitment outreach via telephone/email/Skype to reach weekly process target;
- Make accurate data input for each job/candidate/school information and write communication log to TTJ on-cloud business platform;
- Assist team to continuously explore for new sources of teacher & school leads;
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with candidate and school HRs, to fully understand their needs and preferences;
- Achieve a successful hiring result for assigned school account through excellent coordinating, negotiating and customized talent sourcing;
- Make content contribution to TopTutorJob's Blog by sharing recruiter’s experience, knowledge and industrial insights;
- Assist team leader to deliver newcomer training and fulfill the duty of ‘Adviser’ for newcomer;
- According to the provisions of the business work summary, regularly to the team manager report;
- Participate in all company meetings remotely, including but not limited to weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings;
- Handle other tasks requested by line manager and contribute to whole team’s success.
Job Requirement:
- A bachelor degree is necessary, English/Communication/Education/HR major is a plus;
- At least one year full-time experience in the field of in-house recruitment, headhunting or business sales;
- A good command of English (no less than IELTS 6.5 or other equivalent score) , and be able to speak and type English fast;
- A strong willingness to be an expert in the international education recruitment industry;
- Be able to work under pressure and fulfill business target.
Salary and benefits:
Standard annual salary for ‘Junior Recruiter’ is range from ¥95,000 ~¥129,000, which is before all personal tax, social insurance and public housing fund deduction.
Additional salary/benefits include:
- Holiday allowance, housing allowance (if applicable).
- Excessive semi-annual recruitment bonus (with no up-limits).
- Early employee’s stock-sharing plan (after two year contract completion).
- Paid annual leave start from 5 days per contract year.

Recruitment assistant - Junior recruiter —Senior recruiter — Team manager — Senior manager
Working schedule:
Full-time: Monday-Friday: 9AM-6PM;
Office location:
Unit 8, First Floor, Building 2, NO.88 Xuefu Rd(鄞州区人才公寓), Yinzhou, Ningbo city.
