Position Responsibilities:
? Leverage PKI leadership academy in Taicang, create APAC technical training curriculum per biz growth plan and SGS in the region
? Manage Train-The-Trainer program to ensure solid trainer pool of APAC—master trainers, junior trainer
? Organize and manage technical training and ensure quality delivery through certification
? Work with regional team to create technical profile of sales, service engineer and product specialist per job leveling and create technical career path
Education & Experience Request:
? Strong knowledge and capability of project management
? Business acumen
? Solid interpersonal savvy
? Related technical background
