工作职责：

    

1.负责责任片区日常维修，投诉，回访的工单信息统计及跟进处理；

    

2.负责业主信息的收集、更新与维护工作；

    

3.熟悉责任片区业主的情况，全面与业主沟通并建立良好的关系，开展业主满意度调查；

    

4.办理房屋验收，移交，二次装修等相关手续，对装修业户巡查监管；

    

5.收集业户需求相关信息，积极拓展增值业务；

    

6.完成上级安排的其它事务性工作。

    

    

    

岗位要求：

    

1.专科及以上学历，普通话标准，一年以上相关工作经验；

    

2.熟练使用办公软件；

    

3.性格开朗，处事灵活，大方，亲和力强，具有较强的服务意识；

    

4.具有良好的沟通协调能力；

    

5.工作细致，耐心，积极，有一定承压能力；
