Within the Procurement Department, the objective of the ACC Project Leader is responsible for leading projects’ development progress for the group brands in respect of the planning, while controlling risk level and maintaining accessible costs & consistent quality objectives.  By optimizing the supplier panel, he/she will develop the products with the right suppliers, negotiate the price and create maximum value for the Group morally.

Responsibility

-              Manage Groupe Rocher Accessory projects:

§  Realize market benchmark studies and segment suppliers and products

§  Identify opportunities by updating and anticipating market trends

§  Breathe new sourcing orientations.

§  Optimize the suppliers’ panel vs GR brands’ needs.

§  Coordinate with different GR local procurement teams for worldwide panel optimization and sourcing strategy

-              Develop and implement SRM for Asian suppliers to improve continuous supplier performance and partnership with Group Rocher in close collaboration with the stakeholders

-              Lead Purchasing activities:

§  Project management / negotiation / crisis management

§  Cost Breakdown and Target price achievement strategies

§  Supplier performance management

§  Supplier Business Review (consolidating with project buyers, Quality & Development team of different countries)

§  End-of life products management

-              Innovation & Market surveillance: 

§  Prepare fairs organization, focusing on Accessory category, and consolidate with team members to give a useful feedback to the group, nourish internal customers (brands and innovation departments) through contribution to ideas and catalogues.

-              Help Procurement manager in the management of the Beauty Accessories Category: 

§  Be a real force in assessing the category of Beauty products within the group. Get the collaboration of all brands within the group, to concentrate volumes in DOPA supplier panel.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above, experience in MNC is a must
• Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing/merchandising experience for cosmetics products or other consumer goods, related technical & ACC background is a plus;
• Professionally trained in buying department or in office of cosmetics brands;
• Strong ability to adapt to new culture and environment;
• Creative and independent;
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), French will be a plus;
• Good MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
