Position title: IT Sr Analyst - Service delivery COE

Scope - Key responsibilities:

o Active Directory Lead for APAC & MEA

o Provide support to SDM in the strategy, mgt and ongoing execution of the Wintel responsibilities for APAC & MEA

o Setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows 2012, Windows 2016 Server Edition, Window Server 2019, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server.

o Support to raising & implementing including the Patch management CRs in the Wintel infrastructure.

o New infra deployment on MS Azure including VM, SQL instances, MABS, MARS agent based backup of VM.

o Capacity planning, sizing and infrastructure optimisation.

o Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions. o Infra planning and restructure on Azure.

o Cost optimization of current infra on MS Azure.

o Planning HA and DR on MS Azure.

o Hybrid connectivity through AD connect on MS Azure.

- Service Delivery and Vendor Management

o Liaise peers and sourcing partners in order to identify and resolve operational issues.

o Proactively look at ways to improve service delivery to the business.

o Build and maintain strong relationship with sourcing partners and internal teams.

o Maintain internal and external customer relationships.

o Work with local, regional and global teams to test and implement IT policies and procedures.

o Responsible for IT administrative affairs, like procurement, payment, asset management .,etc.

Competencies needed

- A service oriented mindset and customer/business value driven

- A professional with proven track record in Microsoft Active Directory management, preferably in a matrix organization

- Strong understanding of IT Operations infrastructure.

- Good understanding of the workplace domain and Office 365

- Excellent knowledge and proven track record of implementing cloud based technologies and mobility solutions.

- Ability to drive and manage change

- Team player, openness towards different cultures

- Good project management skills

- Self-motivated and delivery focused

Preferred Certifications

- ITIL Foundation

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

- MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure

- Microsoft Certified Professional

- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate

- CCNP or above Languages Fluent Mandarin and spoken English is mandatory.

Any other Asian languages are an advantage.

Other

60% workload will be from Active Directory related projects and maintenance, this role will be guided by GAD team and implement projects on behalf of APAC-MEA. Another 40% will be spent on daily support across North-East Asia, he/she will have frequent interactives with users, stakeholders in China mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and other countries.
