Job Description:

1. Develop and implement internal SOP.

    Keep close monitor on SOP review for team account, random check team member understanding about SOP.  

2. Take lead for new account on board include but not limited to SOP.

3. Supervise the team to provide high quality service to customers, minimize service failure and customer complain. 

- Proactive communication with the Overseas Offices/Agent to achieve operation excellence.

4. Maintain good relationship with service provider.

-  Including warehouse/ customs broker/ booking agent/ ocean carriers

- Ensure service deliveries in accordance with our customers’ requirements. Regular review meeting with them is needed.

5. Overall management of the entire Operation Team, including both Export / Import. 

- Build up supervisors with the sills of team management 

- Provide solutions to work problems timely and effectively

- Render professional support to and work closely with both Internal / External customer as required

6. Establish close tie with customer local office via regular meeting and close meeting follow up. 

7. Other tasks assigned from line manager.

Skills Requirement:

- At least 10 years relevant working experience in LCL Ocean Freight with at least 3 years in Manager level.

- Strong sense of responsibility and compressive ability.

- Good problem solving skill, good communication skill, motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, delegation and selection.

- Good command of English level, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.

- Market awareness and transport options knowledge, and working knowledge of Freight Forwarding.
