Objective:
A member of the Electrolux New Business Team. The role of the Literature Designer is to design/make the literature, such as manuals, carton artworks, labels, etc., which are essential for projects identified by marketing or Global Product Councils, or Finished Goods sourced by Electrolux from the Asia Pacific region. And to support the Global Sales Markets and Product Line organizations to ensure the production of Air Care & Water Care products, and their efficient introduction into the market-place.

Responsibilities:
?Design/make literature of Air Care & Water Care products as per the requirements of the market or product line team.
?Check and confirm the samples of the literature according to the production plan or project timeline, to make sure the mass production runs smoothly or projects are launched on schedule.
?Work with the vendors or printing plants to solve the printing issues raised during mass production or pilot run
?Provide necessary technical support to the team.

Reporting to:
Senior Manager / Project Manager Commercialization Global Air Care

Needed competencies:
?Over 5 years’ work experience in the field of literature design, preferably with additional qualifications in engineering or manufacturing operations; Major in literature design or advertising design is preferred;
?Knowledge of manufacturing operations, R&D & Industrial Design, with the ability to support and effect change within those fields, an asset;
?Result-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects;
?Ability to be detailed orientated.
?Strong character, communication with good interpersonal skills to work in a multi national and cross functional team;
?Energetic, creative, mature, flexible and should be willing to be stationed in manufacturing environments.
?Knowledge of using the common software of editing graphic and pagemaking, such as AI, Photoshop, Coreldraw, In Design etc
?Being familiar with Air Care/Water Care products, such as Room Air Conditioner, Dehumidifier, Water Heater, is preferred

Other languages: English language skill is preferred.
