Job Responsibilities:

  

• Prepare accounting ledgers and financial statement templates

• Financial Reporting for both PRC , HK and US GAAP in a timely and accurate matter

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly reconciliations for all required accounts, conduct the periodic balance sheet reviews;

• Analyze entity level financial results (P&L, working capital) for reasonableness and investigate variances and unusual items

• Work closely and build relationships with all levels of management including reporting entities and other departments (i.e., External Reporting, Tax, Treasury)

• Coordinate local statutory audit and group report audit in the whole process

• SOX compliance: annual design assessment, management tests, issues remediation, and effective communication with control & compliance team

• Responsible for Tax Stream preparation and accounting treatment for US deferred tax, support annual statutory filing

• Special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required

• CPA or Accounting academic preferred

• Minimum of four to five years accounting experience, multinational company working experience is preferred;

• SAP / Oracle knowledge is preferred

• Strong system and computer skills including Excel, HFM experience preferred

• Strong understanding of PRC generally accepted accounting principles, HK and US FICAP

• Proficiency in verbal and written English

• Able to work on strict deadlines and under pressure
