Responsibilities

• Provide general secretarial services to VP;
• Arrange VP’s and corporate’s travel schedule;
• Organize and follow up internal activities, like events, trainings and processes ;
• Arrange conferences or meetings with external clients;
• Assist VP to complete the document processing, archiving, maintain office documents and ommon folders;
• Help with VP’s daily work and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations;
• Support the office working environment improvement;
• Process billing, reimbursement matters and etc.;
• Follow VP’s personal issues if necessary;
• Other tasks assigned by the management.

                                              

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 1 year working experience as assistant or secretary ;
• College or above;
• Well versed in various office softwares and good at writing;
• Good command of English, French is highly preferred;
• Good at communication with high sense of responsilibity/confidentiality and team-work spirit ;
• Autonomous, proactive, be able to take initiation.
