1. 负责上海工厂的设备的维护与保养，确保其处于安全及正常可用的状态。

2. 负责上海工厂公用设施的维护与保养，确保其处于安全及正常可用的状态。

3. 根据生产实际的需要，申请并监督使用外协供应商完成设备的维修及维护工作，并有效控制其支出。

4. 在博乐上海工厂现场推行并实施TPM作业及培训。

5. 按照公司要求进行生产设备及公用设施的管理，建立台账、维护记录及维护计划等。

6. 实施备品备件的管理，做到安全、有效、成本最小化。

7. 完成领导安排的其它相关的工作

工作经验：

1. 三年以上设备维修工作经验，能看懂电路图，独立完成电工工作。
2. 有通用加工设备如铣床、磨床等的维修维护经验，能完成该类设备的维修工作。.
3. 熟悉数控工作原理，有数控系统的维护经验并能进行相应的故障诊断。
4. 有工厂通用设施的维护和管理经验。
5. 熟悉TPM管理体系，有实施经验。
6. 持有电工作业操作证。
7. 熟悉热处理设备，优先录用。
