Location: Foshan, Guangdong

Duties:

1. To perform shipment and process audit, quality issue handling and supplier development.

2. Communicate quality issues with relevant people of Weber USA.

3. Work with supplier and US and resolve quality issue.

4. Finish the weekly report.

5. Review the report of Non-conformance report from US or from the field, send it to vendor, and follow up.

6. Communicate with US team any problems found in supplier development process.

Qualification requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related disciplines.

2. Minimum 3 years' working experience in manufacturing production quality engineering or supplier quality management, at least 2 years’ experience in the factory environment. Working experience in RD and gas appliance industry is a plus.

3. Knowledge of different quality and new product development tools such as: DFSS, FMEA, 6-Sigma, DOE, Concurrent Engineering, DFM, etc. Solid experience on 6-sigma project or utilization of TS five Quality tools is preferred.

4. Familiar with manufacturing process of kitchen and outdoor appliances including: gas, Electronic / electrical, metal fabrication, surface coating, plastic injection molding, Tooling design, electric plating, powder coating and finished goods packaging.

5. Strong organizational skills and must be a team player capable of cooperating with different departments.

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin, CET 4 or above;

7. Office and CAD software: MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, AutoCad and Solidworks, etc.
