Position Summary:

To drive in-market sales and develop business in the territory through customer education and co-promotion with distributors.

通过客户教育和与经销商的共同促销，促进终端销售，推动区域内的业务发展

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve sales target of territory. 达成所辖区域的销售指标。

· Initiate sales promotion strategy and plan in local market, get approval from Regional Manager and fulfill the plan. 制定当地市场的销售推广策略和计划，向大区经理获得审批，并执行计划。

· Visit end users to understand their application needs, develop and maintain the Key Account in territory. 拜访终端客户了解他们的使用需求，发展和维护所辖区域内的关键客户。

· Follow management guidance and direction to develop and manage the distributor. 根据管理层的指示和方向，发展和管理所辖区域的经销商。

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors. 相关专业本科以上学历。

2. 5+ years of medical device selling or marketing experience in multinational company. 五年以上外资企业医疗器械销售或市场经验。

3. Strong communication and presentation skills. 良好的沟通和演说能力。

4. Medical background is preferred. 有医疗相关从业背景者优先。
