职位职责：

1、负责执行海/空运货代行业出口操作流程；

2、负责联系客户，与客户保持良好的沟通与交流；

3、负责处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；

4、负责熟练处理海/空运/铁路相关操作事务：

5、负责完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职资格：

1. 专科及以上学历；
2. 工作细心，耐心，能吃苦耐劳；
3. 熟练操作OFFICE软件。
