职位描述

主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:

Is to ensure the execution of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and its completion in due time and follow up the performance of the supplier

确保在适当的时间执行产品质量先期策划（APQP）过程以及跟踪管理供应商表现。

主要工作Main missions:

1、 Deploy APQP related to the development phase (or in current production) of Bought-Out Parts following the Group's purchasing requirements 按照集团的采购需求，部署APQP零件开发阶段（或在目前生产阶段）

2、Assess suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer in order to complete the global panel evaluation 项目前期供应商质量管理工程师需与客户一起完成产品整体评估

3、Give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management 在项目管理过程中给出建议和技术决策确保工艺无缺陷

4、Manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer 同客户一起对低绩效的供应商指定整改计划

5、Manage the process qualification(trial run at rate & process audit)with plant Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer and program quality engineer 和SQA、PQL共同对过程进行确认，报告试运行和过程审核。

6、Follow the APQP progress with the status report and take decision in collaboration with the program team 根据实际报告跟踪APQP流程，并与项目团队制定决策

7、Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied 培训供应商确保产品定义标准正确应用

8、Monitor the Production Part Approval before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant SQA Engineer 在将产品转交工厂SQA工程师之前需监督生产零件批准状态

9、Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations 当出现偏差情况时，需同供应商一起指定行动计划

10、Conduct supplier panel assessments in accordance to the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities 主导对供应商在产品、工艺、技术责任方面进行评估。

任职资格Qualifications：

Experience :

l 专业背景：机械制造、汽车、注塑模具设计，高分子材料或化工类专业Background: Mechanical engineering, automotive, injection design, polymer material engineering or chemical engineering major.

l 工作经验：5年以上相关产品工艺现场工作经历。（发泡线工艺熟悉者优先）Experience: Minimum 5 years or above experiences of product development.

l 胜任能力：革新创造力，与他人合作能力，工作知识，分析问题和做决策，主观能动性，计划和组织能力，对质量关注，书面交流，口头交流，可靠性，委派和控制，具有团队精神。Qualification: Creativity, teamwork , knowledge , analysis and decision-making ,activity , ability of organization , quality concept , Minimum bi-lingual (English required) , strong written and oral communication skill , team spirit

Skills and competencies

l 熟练使用常用的办公软件visio, project, word, excel, AutoCAD, Be familiar with the Microsoft software. I.e. visio, project, word, excel, AutoCAD.

l 熟悉TS16949标准，了解ISO14000和OHSAS18001标准 Be familiar with TS16949，and know ISO14000&OHSAS18001

具备一定的外语口语交流能力，熟悉PPAP、APQP基础知识、了解注塑、塘塑、发泡、工艺、振动摩擦焊焊接、超声波焊接工艺；能运用通用图形软件进行结构及加工艺分析，如UG、AutoCAD、CATIA等。熟悉客户的产品认可流程，能够熟练运用SPC、DOE、8D等质量分析工具。Spoken English skill , be familiar with PPAP, APQP, understand technical process: injection, slush, foaming, vibrate welding ,US welding etc; good at graphic software, UG, AutoCAD, Catia, ProE etc and quality tool SPC,DOE, 8D etc. Be familiar with customer PPAP procedure.
