Smartwares Far East Ltd. is looking for a Supply Chain Officer to strengthen the Supply Chain department!

Work with colleagues at Headquarters is needed and serves as a bridge between the trade department and the suppliers. Cooperate with the internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of each order of goods that need to be purchased.

You maintain intensive contact and ensure a partnership with our preferred suppliers and the internal customer.

You enjoy working in a class A office building in CBD commercial center of Guangzhou. Arranging ad-hoc, responding to challenges and advising your colleagues at home and abroad gives you energy.

What are you going to do?

· Ensure the follow-up of orders and manage the orders related to ensure the delivery on time

· Arrange booking matters, follow up shipping documents

· Coordinate and communicate with other departments, suppliers and customers

· ERP system data entry

Who are we looking for?

· Colleauge graduated level of up

· At least 5 years shipping experience in foreign trading

· Good command of Computer Microsoft office

· Good English, Mandarin & Cantonese

· Good at organization and controlling

· Work hard and attentive
