Smartwares Far East Ltd. is looking for a Senior Merchandiser to strengthen the Merchandising department!

Merchandising department is composed of electonic products . Work with colleagues at Headquarters is needed and serves as a bridge between the trade department and the suppliers. Cooperate with the internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of each order of goods that need to be purchased.

You maintain intensive contact and ensure a partnership with our preferred suppliers and the internal customer.

You enjoy working in a class A office building in CBD commercial center of Guangzhou. Arranging ad-hoc, responding to challenges and advising your colleagues at home and abroad gives you energy.

What are you going to do?

· Ensure the follow-up of orders and manage the orders related to ensure the delivery on time

· Coordinate and communicate with other departments, suppliers and customers

· Product knowledge supporting

· Products: Groceries for Super markets (home appliance, Electronic appliance, etc.)

· Major Market: European ( main for DIY Market, Supermarket,)

· Main responsibilities:

· Follow-up of Orders

· The merchandiser ensures the follow-up of orders and manages the product from the reception of the order to

the delivery in time.

· Project management /Sourcing follow up

· Report actual condition status proactively.  Insure roadmap follow up and updating in time.

Who are we looking for?

· Willing to travel often and well cooperated as teammate.

· Good experience in buying office.

· Good English in speaking and writing

· Independent, good communication

· Experience in a sourcing or manufacturing company is preferred

· General knowledge of export trade and documentation requirements

· Good written and spoken English

· Good command of Computer Microsoft office
